how do you fire these internet idiots for incompetance

every time i log onto an account lately there are obsurd changes... it reminds me of new and improved products like tide or country tea... don.t work as good but called new and improved... if it ain.t broke don.t fix it.. it was fine back then.. i can no longer post on a friend.s blog because of some stupid team shit.. you internet boobs are getting to stupid... you must be over staffed.. because it seems to me the only thing you at google have left to do is fuck it up... and you are getting better at it... so stop while only half the users want to shoot you..
